Food coloring might affect the flavor of the cake. Specially those with deep colors or metallic decorations.
Do not eat any type of natural flower used on the cakes. They are used only for decoration.
All Gluten Free cakes are made with almond flour, therefore, the dough will have a dark brown color.
Portions estimated per cake will depend on the size of the slices when cutting the cake.
