About us

Vegan edible Art! It was founded by Indira Cristin in 2015 after she moved to Miami and started a new life. She always wanted to have her own business and her love for sweets andĀ persistency made it happen.
Indira went to school for Business in Venezuela. However, her real passion is baking and cake designing. She is a self-taught baker that squeezes her creativity in every cake to leave smiles and give the best experience to her customers.
In 2023 she got her Pastry Chef Certification from "The Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon" in Vegas.
Her mission is to promote inclusion by providing options to everyone who has food allergies, special diets, practices religions with food restrictions, or just has respect to animals and until now havenā€™t been able to enjoy a nice cake. We help them to create special memories!
